FiREapps Prioritizes Client Relationships with Expansion of Client Success Team
(SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.) – FiREapps has always prioritized the success of their clients and, proving their continued commitment and increased focus to add value to the customer, has renamed the former account management team to the FiREapps client success team as a permanent reminder of their promise to customers.
The client success team reflects FiREapps attitude and commitment to ensuring clients succeed in their enterprise currency management (ECM) goals. In doing so, Ploy Beck, former FiREapps account manager, has been named director of client success – North America, in which she will oversee the North American client success team and work directly with North American clients. In the more than two years Beck has spent at FiREapps, she has been an exceptional example of the FiREapps mission to best serve clients and has helped her accounts advance their currency management programs.

As FiREapps continues to expand their global reach and grow their team, they welcome a new addition to the client success team, client success manager Steven Grady. Grady is a practiced customer relations manager with experience maintaining and expanding client relationships with a multitude of high-value customers in his previous roles.
Neil Griffiths continues to serve as a FiREapps vice president, now heading up the client success team. Griffiths maintains his executive responsibility for client success, working directly with non-German speaking European clients.
