Prior to that he was Director of Treasury Operations at Coach, Inc., where he was responsible for cash and investment management, capital budgeting and forecasting, as well as the company's trade finance program. Mr. Winston also managed banking relationships and led the Sarbanes-Oxley process for treasury, fixed assets and trade finance.
